1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of join.thriveweightandwellness.com (the “Site”) and the communications you receive from 3 W Healthcare LLC, doing business as Thrive Weight and Wellness (“Thrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, messaging us through the chat widget, or opting in to our text message program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who may use the site
The Site and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older located in the United States. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. No medical advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a patient–provider relationship. A patient–provider relationship is established only after you complete an evaluation with a licensed provider at Thrive Weight and Wellness and that provider accepts you for care.
Prescription treatments, including GLP-1 medications and peptide protocols, are provided only when clinically appropriate following evaluation. Not every person who inquires is a candidate for treatment.
Medical emergencies. Do not use the Site, our chat widget, email, or text messages to report a medical emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
4.1 Program description
The Thrive Weight and Wellness Patient Communications program sends text messages about appointment scheduling and reminders, consultation follow-ups, treatment and refill updates, and occasional promotional offers.
4.2 How you opt in
You are enrolled only when you give express written consent, by one of the following:
- Entering your mobile number in the chat widget on join.thriveweightandwellness.com and agreeing to the SMS terms displayed there.
- Providing verbal consent during a call with our team, which we document.
- Signing an intake or consent form at the clinic that includes text messaging authorization.
- Texting a keyword such as START to our number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. You may decline and still schedule a consultation and receive treatment.

4.4 How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will then be removed from the program. You may also opt out by calling (786) 305-5173 or emailing [email protected]. If you opt out, we may still contact you by phone or email about your care.

4.6 Your mobile number
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every information-sharing category described in our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with any third parties.
Your number is shared with our messaging providers solely to deliver the messages you requested. Those providers act on our instructions and may not use, sell, or share your number for their own purposes.
4.7 Number changes and accuracy
You agree to provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and to notify us if that number changes or is reassigned. You agree not to enroll another person’s number without their permission.
4.8 Message content and privacy
Standard SMS is not an encrypted or secure channel. We limit the health information included in text messages accordingly. Do not send sensitive medical details, identification numbers, or payment information by text.
5. Consultations & appointments
Sending us a message through the chat widget is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to schedule. Initial consultations are offered at no charge and carry no obligation. We ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to another patient.
6. Payment, refunds & cancellations
Thrive Weight and Wellness operates as a cash-pay practice. Pricing for programs, medications, and laboratory work is quoted to you in writing before any treatment begins. Payment terms, membership terms, and any refund or cancellation policy applicable to your specific program are set out in the agreement you sign at the start of care, which controls over anything on this page.
7. Results disclaimer
Individual results vary and depend on medical history, adherence, nutrition, activity, and other factors. Any outcomes, statistics, or patient experiences shown on the Site are illustrative and are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results you will achieve.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, including another person’s phone number.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another user’s data.
- Introduce malware, scrape the Site by automated means, or interfere with its operation.
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Thrive Weight and Wellness name and marks, are owned by Thrive Weight and Wellness or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services such as scheduling tools, payment processors, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms and privacy policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Weight and Wellness and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of another person’s information without authorization.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes to the SMS program will be communicated to enrolled participants. Your continued use of the Site or the messaging program after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
